Check the disc on another device (eg. a computer) if possible. If the disc works, there are several possible reasons why your player does not play it:

- Disc type is incompatible;

- The disc was not closed after being burnt;

- The used codec is not supported (try using another codec);

- Unsupported file type (eg. mov, rmvb)
